We regret to inform you that Virgin Voyages is having to cancel your cruise in an effort to keep everyone safe and healthy. We understand the disappointment and inconvenience this may cause. We are committed to making this process as easy as possible for you.
At this point, you do not have to do anything. We are confirming your future cruise credit with the cruise line and we will be canceling your booking within 72 hours. When you're ready to begin thinking about rescheduling your future vacation, we'll be here to serve you.
In order to ease any frustration or inconvenience from these changes, we are providing Sailors with two options.
Double your value:
- 200% in Future Voyage Credit which can be applied to another sailing, rather than a refund. That’s double the value of the existing voyage fare.
- And because we wanted to sweeten things even more, they can also receive up to $500 in onboard credit if they book between May 21st and December 31st, 2020. (Your onboard credit amount will be based on the cabin you select. Suites: $500, Sea Terraces: $300, and Sea Views or Insiders: $150.
- A full refund of their voyage fare along with a Future Voyage Credit equal to 25% of the booked voyage fare to be used on a future sailing (All refunds will be applied to your original form of payment within 30 days). Keep in mind however that you will not receive the 200% value if you choose the refund option.
